Mathew Family | Main Line Family Photographer

I was flattered when this family drove over 2 hours (with 3 kids) for a session with me last year, so I was beyond flattered when they made the trip again this year. Debbie decided to bring along her parents as well so the little ones were able to get some photos with their grandparents. I’m always impressed with how well behaved & cooperative the kids are for the session, especially after spending so much time in the car. I’m lucky if my kids cooperate after a 10 minute drive to the store!

I loved spending the afternoon with this family! Here are some previews from their session!

Noah is 3! | Philadelphia Family Photographer

I’m sure plenty of you recognize this little guy. I met Noah when he was about 18 months old & I have worked with his family several times a year ever since. They’ve become such wonderful friends and supporters. I’ve loved watching this family grow! It’s hard to believe that Noah is three already! This kid has a personality on him! His 3,000 different facial expressions get me every time. Despite the grounds being soaked from the rain we had gotten the night before, we had a great session, and got some adorable shots.

Happy Birthday, sweet boy! Hope you guys enjoy the previews.

Bill & Maria | Mendenhall Inn Wedding

Bill and Maria used to be my neighbors & I knew that shortly after them purchasing their first home together, Bill was planning on proposing. Not long after their move I received an email from Maria asking if I was available for their wedding. Needless to say, I was thrilled to hear the good news, and was even more excited that I was going to be their wedding photographer!

Both the ceremony and the reception were held at the Mendenhall Inn on March 2nd. Although it was a bit gloomy & there was a chance of rain, we really lucked out with the weather. Thanks to the mild winter, we were able to head outside for all of the formals AND no one had to freeze. Maria was by far the most relaxed bride I’ve worked with to date! Planning a wedding is so much work & it’s easy to stress over small details, but what really matters is you marrying the person you love. Maria’s calm demeanor made her a dream to work with.

The entire day went off without a hitch, which is of course always a plus. This was such a fun crowd to work with too! Thank you, Bill and Maria, for including me in your big day! I am so happy for the two of you!

Isabella | West Chester Newborn Photographer

I knew I’d love working with Cari (Isabella’s mom) right off the bat not only because she is the sister of one of my wonderful past clients, but also because she contacted me back in November to set up a newborn session. If you know me, you know I HATE having to turn away potential clients who are wanting to book on short notice since I normally don’t have availability. I always appreciate people booking ahead of time :)

Isabella slept almost the entire session with the exception of when we were going for the pose that her mama so desperately wanted. That little lady gave me a run for my money. The chin on the hands pose is the most requested, but can also be one of the hardest. Some babies just won’t do it (which I always warn mommies about) & I was convinced Isabella was one of them! We decided to give it one last try at the end of the session & she pulled it of. We also got some pictures of Isabella with her twin cousins who you can tell absolutely adore her.

I’m definitely looking forward to seeing this family again & watching Isabella grow! Enjoy some previews! The first photo in this post is probably my favorite newborn photo to date. I’m not sure if it is because of the actual photo, or because of what it means to Nick & Cari.
