Last week we went on our first ever family vacation! One of my biggest goals this year was to make more time for my family. My husband works Monday through Friday 9-5 and I’m often gone nights and weekends for meetings, sessions, weddings, etc. so we rarely all have time together. This year we decided we’d spend a week at the beach and it was AH-MAZING! I usually take pictures of everything, but I only took a few pictures with my good camera on this trip. It was important to me that instead obsessing over documenting our vacation with gorgeous photos, I left the big, bulky camera and lenses behind and I just spent that time with my family. I can’t believe we waited so long to take a family vacation & I’m so very thankful we did!
